How does it work?
You can create an account on Tout using your Facebook credentials (Facebook Connect).
Videos posted on the social network have a 15 seconds limitation. You can easily create and upload the videos from your iPhone or Android device, through dedicated applications:

Videos published on Tout, can be easily broadcasted on your Facebook account, Blog or website.
