This mobile telephony normally comes with a handset. Maxx MQ 430 may not accompany a PC Suite when you buy the mobile. You can connect to the internet by using your mobile as a modem, then connect to PC, and use the internet on it. There is a driver requirement for accessing the PC suite interface; the manufacturer's website will also provide links for downloading the drivers and the PC Suite.
