The Samsung GT- s5233 mobile has a PC studio feature for downloading music and videos from your PC to your phone. You can even transfer files from your phone memory to SD (Secure Digital) memory which is a type of memory card developed to meet safety requirements of audio and video devices. If you get an error while transferring video files from the memory of your Samsung mobile phone to SD memory card, try booting your phone or reinserting the memory card; if the error persists then try to reset your phone to its factory default settings. If the issue still remains then you need to get your Samsung phone flashed which deletes all the data stored in your handset.

Mobile Samsung GT-s5233w

Issue

I have a mobile Samsung GT - s5233w. I transferred a video file from the phone's memory to SD memory card using the mobile itself rather than the PC studio or computer. Then the error started: I cannot open any video now. And evert time I boot it's not opening anymore. I tried removing the memory and opening but it still won't work. I installed Samsung PC Studio but it's not detecting my mobile because of the error.

Solution

Try to reset your mobile phone to its factory default settings in the menu, and then if this does not fix the issue you will have to get the handset flashed - this means the data will be lost during the procedure. To proceed with the flashing you need to take the handset to a mobile phone repair centre.
